Admission Procedure
Admission to CPS is open to all irrespective of caste, creed or religion. The admission form can be obtained from the office of the Principal, CPS and should be submitted on a due date prescribed in the application form. The management will conduct a common admission test based on the syllabus of the previous classes of both CBSE and SEBA.
A common admission test (CAT) will be conducted for each class following the syllabus of the previous class either SEBA or CBSE (not applicable for KG-I & KG-II)
- The questions will be of objective type and in both English and Bengali medium. CPS will also provide coaching facilities to students to help them qualify for the common admission test.
- After the common admission test, only shortlisted candidates will be finally called for interview and admission. They will have to report along with their parents for completion of the admission process and formalities.

- Stationary Fee: Rs. 300/-

Hostel Fee for XI, XII and Repeaters:
- Admission fee: Rs. 10000/-
- Refundable caution deposit: Rs. 10000/-
- Monthly Fee: Rs. 5500/- to 7500/-
NOTE-1: REPEATERS JEE HAS NO MONTHLY FEES, THEY SHOULD PAY IN 3 INSTALMENTS (90000: 1st = 45000, 2nd = 25000, 3rd = 20000)
NOTE-2: REPEATERS NEET HAS NO MONTHLY FEES, THEY SHOULD PAY IN 3 INSTALMENTS (75000: 1st = 40000, 2nd = 20000, 3rd = 15000)
NOTE-3: On special grounds, the management of the school can revise the said fee structure from time to time.
School Uniform & Dress Code: Blue shirt with white stripes & Navy blue pant/skirt & tie. Salwar & Churidar is mandatory for girls from class VI onwards (optional for lower classes).
School Timing: 8:40 AM to 12:50 PM for Nursery, KG-I & KG-II. Class-I onwards 8:40 AM to 2:30 PM.

Rules for Guardians/ Parents:
- If a parent wants to withdraw his / her ward from the school after admission he/she will have to pay the fee in full for the entire academic session before doing so.
- Payment of monthly/quarterly instalments of fees must be regular, failing which he will be suspended from the classes or results will be withheld and proper compensation should be given for Regularization.
- In case of any act of indiscipline or misconduct by your ward, the CPS authorities will have the right to expel the student from the school without refund of fees and without any prior information.
- During admission submit necessary documents like previous mark sheet, transfer certificate, address proof, birth certificate, and photographs as mentioned in the application form.
- Parents must maintain regular communication with the school through Parents-Teachers’ Meet or other modes as would be advised to them by the school.
- Prior information/permission for absence in Parents Meet/ Function must be communicated to the school authority.
- If the parents/guardians are absent in the 3-consecutive Parents Meet without prior information, their wards will be suspended from the school for a period of one year.
FREE ADMISSION
ERD Foundation sponsors the entire course fee for selected meritorious students from downtrodden and poor families through proper recommendation made by a special committee constituted by the Foundation from time to time.
